Terms of Service

These terms apply to work provided by Ambitious City Repair & Maintenance ("we", "us", operated by Salvador Sanchez, Hamilton, Ontario). By booking a visit or accepting an estimate, you agree to them.

Free assessment & estimates

Our on-site assessment is free. After it, you receive a clear written estimate. In line with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, the final price will not exceed the estimate by more than 10%unless you approve additional work in writing (a change order).

Deposits & payment

For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to secure your date and materials; the balance is due on completion. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to payments@ambitiouscityrm.com unless otherwise agreed. Applicable HST is added where required.

Workmanship warranty

Our work is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty. If something we installed is not right due to our work, we will make it right. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or issues caused by pre-existing conditions or third parties.

Scheduling

We do our best to arrive within the agreed window. Urgent or after-hours work may carry a priority or after-hours fee, disclosed before we proceed.

Scope of work

We perform general repairs, renovations and maintenance. Certain licensed trades (e.g. gas and regulated electrical work) are handled by appropriately qualified partners where required.

Liability

We carry liability coverage and take care in every home. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects not caused by our work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there.
